Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Vail Valley Pulse app and website, a Vail Digital product. By using Pulse, you agree to them.

Using Pulse

You may use Pulse for personal, non-commercial purposes to discover and plan events. Don't misuse the service, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we don't provide.

Event information

Events, deals and prices are provided by businesses and organizations or gathered on their behalf. We work to keep listings accurate, but times, prices and availability can change. Please confirm details with the venue or organizer before you go. We aren't responsible for events run by third parties.

How we run Pulse

Vail Digital alone decides how Pulse is designed, built, operated and run. That includes its features, design, categories, listing order and placement, moderation, policies, plans and pricing. Using Pulse, paying for a plan, listing an event, or partnering with us doesn't give any user, business, organization or partner the right to direct, approve or veto those decisions. We welcome feedback, but it's voluntary. We may use it, or not, without any obligation or payment to you.

Missed or missing events

Vail Digital, its owners, employees, contractors, partners and anyone else involved in providing Pulse (together, "we") aren't responsible for any event that is missed by a user, or that is missing, late, incomplete or inaccurate in Pulse, for any reason. This includes, but isn't limited to:

No refunds, credits or other compensation are owed for any of these. Always confirm details with the venue or organizer before you go.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and let us know if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Pulse name, logo, app and website are owned by Vail Digital. Businesses keep ownership of the content they submit and give us permission to display it in Pulse.

Disclaimers and liability

Pulse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or attendance, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pulse in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll let you know, and continuing to use Pulse means you accept the updated terms.
